Anna Sapphire won the title of Miss Virtual World 2012!

After a great contest, where the best models of SL fashion did compete for this outstanding title, Anna has been judged the best!

We at MEB are very proud of it, also 'cause Anna is also a MEB model and a good friend of the brand (and of ours) :)

But there's more:
in the same contest, Shena Neox got the 2nd runner placement!
Shena is a great model, and... she's also a MEB one!

Anna and Shena did walk together last summer in the show presenting the MEB Summer 2011 collection :))

Why a special show?
'Cause it has been in a place where usually artworks are exhibited :)
The Diotima R&D Gallery, managed by Red Bikcin is an awesome place that hosts art exhibits by SL and RL photographers, painters and sculptors.
MEB has been invited by the owners to open a shop in the SIM, toigether with the library, the conference room, the gallery... and a fashion show, featuring MEB's Fall-Winter collection, has been made for the shop's opening.
The gallery walls have been decorated by special "artworks": pics from other MEB shows, since 2009 :))
But the real exhibit has been made by the MEB models Algezares Magic, Laura18 Streeter, Maura Taurog and Shena Neox, who walked on the runway mounted in the gallery showing once more the stunning clothes made by MariaElena for the Fall-Winter Collection.
Here below some pics taken by Red Bikcin. Warm thanks to her, to the models, to all ppl who enriched that night of fashion and art.

Fashion for Life is the greatest fashion event in the year: more then 190 fashion designers offer clothes to support the fight of American Cancer Society against cancer.
The event is also a parade of SL fashion, with its 9 sims of stores arranged this year on the theme Beyond Black and White and inspired to 9 famous photographers.
MEB invites its friends to check the sims out, and to visit the MEB store there.
Who is the money going to? What are you getting out of this? We are entirely volunteer driven and 100% of the funds raised are presented as a charitable donation to ACS from the residents of Second Life. We are doing this out of the love in our hearts--really. Black & White MEB Showcase and Photo Contest (31th January)

Black and white are the basic fashion colors, they bring the distinctive raffinate simplicity which mades MEB style; that's teh reason why MEB Fashion displays a selection of outfits in B & W from its collection, creating some freshly made clothes and updating some successful ones.
Five MEB models wear the 20 outfits at 31th of January (1 PM SLT) at the Event Room of MEB Mainstore at Klio.All of them sill be sold that evening and for a week with discounts from 25% to 40%.
The contest:
During the event, the audience will be invited to photograph the models and then send the pictures to a jury who will select 10 of them that will be displayed in the Event Room to be voted (4th-8th February) by the visitors. The author of the most voted one will receive a prize of 5000 L in MEB giftcard while the model will win another of 2000 L.

Yes, finally the MEB Fall Collection 2010 is here!!! A collection of a very cool outfits to be worn to remain sexy just when the days get a bit colder. Arrived at the most fashionable event in Second Life: the Modavia Fashion Week. Thanks to four great model, Laura18 Streeter, Gamp Lane, Natasja Schumann and Cirzhaka Vlodovic, the new outfits it's been shown in the classy framework of the Modavia runway.
The 12 outfits propose a light autumn and early winter, gathering up short skirts and wool jackets or sweaters, smooth and bright colors. Among the outfits one can find cocktail and workday ones, casual clothes and more elegant ones. An evening gown, with its matt golden silk, is the top of a collection thought for the taste of the classy MEB customers.
All the outfits are avalaible at the MEB booth of Modavia Headquarters, while Fall collection is yet in the MEB main store at Klio SIM.
Fall collection will be again on the runways on 18th at the Grand Opening of the Two Moon club, and on 20th at the new Foro Romano SIM. Don’t miss it!

MEB Fashion presents its new collection. It’s a Spring collection, then you’ll see flowers, shining sun, clear skyes. I tried to put them into our 8 new clothes to welcome the forthcoming season. You will find in it minidresses, tailleurs, jackets outfits, formal gowns, a complete line to match every need in your SL Spring.
The simple minidresses Saint Denis, black flowers on light blue background and loose leather belt, and Le Chat Rouge, with its intriguing laces on the breast and its passionate color, are paired to two jacket outfits: a classic tailleur, like Rive Droite and an original military-like one, like Tour d’Argent.
Then, the microskirts: Le Fleur du Mal comes with a deep neckline shirt on a worn-out brown skirt, and is worn with stunning varnish brown boots; varnish boots too, but liliac ones with the Petit Jardin- the small garden – flowered and fresh as a spring flower field.
Complete the collection two classy dresses like Vogue and Le Chat Noir: the first one is serious and tasty, but is made naughty by a deep neckline and precious by a big crocodile belt. Le Chat Noir is a formal gown made spicy by a gipsy-like fastener on the breast, and made elegant by a rich drapery on the waist.The collection allows people to live Spring wearing sober and classy outfits, as usual for MEB style lovers.
Most of them have French names: I worked thinking on a wonderful Spring in Paris, seeing in my imagination her outfits walking the boulevards along. MEB hopes that your fantasy will be stimulated in the same way by this new line.

Dear friends, on Wednesday 14th October, MEB displays its cool Fall 2009 Collection at Torino Vera at 1.30 PM SLT. On the lightened Torino skyline, aside to Sartoria men’s clothes, shined the textures and the smooth colors of the outfits Tiffany, Penny, Riviera, Kyoto, Sorbonne, Avenue and Chelsea, paired to the new line of MEB stilettos and Grunge Boots and decorated by the JEN for MEB jewels. Here, few pics of the show.
At the same Fashion Show you see the best outfits from Sartoria. The models performing are from the best known agency ModWay Academy.

MEB will present some of our most cool outfits at Modavia Fall Fashion Week 2009 next Monday 14th September at 1 PM SLT (10 PM ITALIAN TIME). A total of 36 designers will be represented in Modavia Fashion Week 2009 in 4 to 5 shows daily, beginning at 12:00 pm SLT at The Tents at Bryant Park in Second Life. All participating designers will have on-site boutiques, offering designs seen in their shows and there will be gifts offered to attendees.

Eight outfits matching the brand’s motto “Real Style in Second Life”: Tiffany, Penny (velvet jackets and silk or light wool shirts), Riviera, Sorbonne (light or heavy knitwears on silk skirt or pants), Chelsea, Avenue (typical MEB urban style, a deep brown raincoat and a simple black and pearl silk shirt and pants) and Kyoto (minidress in two versions: Pearl and Rose).

Autumn begins for MEB with a great show at Glance International. The well know fashion service agency organized a huge 24 hrs fashion show, the International Fashion Day, to stress cultural differences between designers from different countries.
MEB will present there a 15 outfits sample from its catalogue. Among them, three previews of the forthcoming Fall Collection: Avenue , silk pearl pants and black shirt; Tiffany, a sophisticated black and white afternoon outfit; Chelsea, a deep brown raincoat to afford the first rains in a smart way (in the pics here).
The event will be next 5th September at 3pm SLT at Glance international SIM.
